Interim work

Lin Gillians has a considerable body of management experience both as a Chief Executive and through studying Strategic Management. She has acquired a vast amount of knowledge of the voluntary and community sector and has put this to good use through Interim Chief Executive Assignments. Her experience of interim work has enabled her to keep in touch with current practice and the everyday experiences faced by Chief Executives of voluntary organisations. Through her assignments she has developed the specialist skills necessary to succeed in interim roles. Increasingly these roles involve some form of major change management.

Project Management

Lin Gillians is able to take on the management of a project or short-term piece of work where, for whatever reason, an organisation may not want, or need to use a paid employee. This is particularly helpful where funding is time limited and the project short-term or the first phase of a longer-term project.
